Musilek, owner and instructor for Defensive Driving Specialists LLC, reserves the right to remove a student from the classroom portion of the program without refunding any monies. According to the Drivers School and Instructor Manual, a student can be immediately removed for disruptive behavior. This removal criteria includes but is not limited to the following:
Any applicant enrolled in the classroom phase of instruction at Defensive Driving Specialists LLC who fails to finish the classroom phase of instruction with a minimum cumulative average of 60% will be dismissed from the behind-the-wheel portion of the program. At this point the student will have two (2) options: 1. Drop out of the Defensive Driving Specialists LLC program, receive no refund and surrender their instructional permit if they have one.2. Re-enroll in the classroom phase at the next available classroom session (must skip one class) offered by Defensive Driving Specialists LLC. at an additional charge of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). This is in accordance with page 32 of the Instructor Manual and Wisconsin Statute 343.07 (1)(3), if a student is no longer enrolled, the instruction permit needs to be sent to the DMV. This can be done by surrendering the permit to the school or the parent can directly mail it back to the State. The driving school will provide the address. The school will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement. Alan M. It will only be enforced when the safety of all persons in the vehicle is being compromised. A student who misses a behind-the-wheel session will make it up at the convenience of the school. An additional fee of sixty dollars ($60) will be charged for each session missed. This covers one hour of driving and one hour of observation. Students are to arrive for their behind-the-wheel session fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled start time and must have their instructional permit with them. I (we) further understand that according to Department of Transportation regulations, only two (2) excused absence will be allowed and any beyond that will result in the student making up the lesson missed in the next classroom session covering that topic.
